Customer Service / Admin Operative

At PMB Pallet Express we pride ourselves on our proactive approach with our customers. We are looking for an experienced customer service/admin operative to work within our busy transport office in Ilkeston, Derbyshire.

You will be proactive, driven, and enthusiastic, with an approachable and helpful disposition. You will be working in a vibrant and busy transport office environment, providing help and assistance to our customers daily.

Key duties:

  • Providing outstanding levels of customer service

  • Serving customers via phone and email

  • Maximizing all customer interactions

  • Administration duties as needed
