  • Who are PMB Pallet Express Limited?
    PMB is owned by husband-and-wife Paul & Maggie Larimore. The Larimore’s bought the business from local haulier, Les Wilson, in October 2001 and have gone from strength to strength over the years. We collect and deliver palletised freight consignments as a shareholder member of the award-winning Pall-Ex network. Our membership allows us to offer complete express local, national and European coverage from our fully-secure premises in Ilkeston.
  • Where are you based?
    We are located in the heart of the UK's road infrastructure in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Our location allows us immediate and easy access to all major routes.
  • What is a collection?
    A collection refers to our direct customers. If you are based in the Derbyshire and Chesterfield area and we collect palletised freight from you, you are classed as a customer collection.
  • How do I track my collection?
    You can track your collection through MyNexus using your consignment number.
  • Where do you deliver freight to?
    With over 95 hauliers in the Pall-Ex network, collectively; deliveries can go to 100% of the UKs postcodes and Europe. We are the network member with responsibility for Derbyshire and Chesterfield.
  • Can I reschedule my delivery?
    Amendments to your delivery can only take place before... To make any changes please contact our customer service team who will be able to advise you of your options. The team are available between 9am and 5pm on 01159 071650.
